摘要
本文用电子自旋共振（ＥＳＲ）方法测定了Ｘ射线照射后小鼠脾脏自由基含量及用硫代巴比妥酸法测定了肝脏过氧化脂质（ＬＰＯ）的变化。结果表明，在照射后１、３Ｇｙ，自由基含量升高，分别为对照组的１．２１和２，６２倍，３Ｇｙ照射后，随时间延长自由基含时亦逐渐增加。而ＬＰＯ在不同剂量照射后随剂量的增加而增加。３Ｇｙ照射后至４８ｈ，ＬＰＯ逐渐升高，至７２ｈ开始下降。其变化与自由基的变化基本一致。
Free radical in X-irrdited mice was studied by ESR technique and LPO content wasalso
investigated at same time. The results showed that free radicals in spleen gradually increased in
1and 3 Gy irradiated groups compared with normal.After 3 Gy irradiation,free radicals in
spleenwere enhanced with time. While,LPO content in liver increased with different doses and it
fluctuatedat different times after 3 Gy irradiation.
