摘要
报告４４例鼻咽癌病人，虽经足量放射治疗肿瘤仍未控制，采用手术切除效果满意。本文详细介绍了手术适应症及手术方法。
Abstract The satisfactory effect of surgical therapy for 44 patients with uncontrollable nasopha-ryngeal carcinoma after ample radiotherapy was reported.There were 40 males and 4 femals ranging in age from 18 to 60 years.The pathological types were undifferenciated carcinoma in 26,low-differenciated carcinoma in 11,squqmous cells carcinoma in 5,and adenoid carci-noma in 2. 34 patients had focals remained in nasopharynx and 10 patients had neck lymph node metastasis after radiotherapy with 65～75 Gy(nasopharynx)and 45～55 Gy(neck lymph node).The operative methods and indications were discussed in detail.
