L─谷氨酰胺生物传感器的研制和应用 被引量:1

摘要 利用猪肾、猪肝组织为酶源偶合氨气敏电极研制了L一谷氨酰胺生物传感器。研究和讨论了该组织传感器的最佳实验条件,比较了猪肾组织与猪肝组织传感器的响应特性以及组织不同部位切片制成传感器的响应差别.对L一谷氨酰胺响应范围为1.8×10 ̄(-5)-2.5×10 ̄(-2)mol/L,检测下限为1.1×10 ̄(-5)mol/L,响应斜率为50.0mv/decade(30℃),该传器已用于板兰根样品测定。 A new biosenser based on porky kidney and liver tissue for L-glutamine,cou-pling with potentiometric ammonia gas electrode,has been designed and constructed.Thedifference between kidney and liver tissue electrode for sensing glutamine was investigat-ed.The biosenser has linear respones in the range of the substrate concentratiOn of 1.8×10 ̄(-5)~2.5×10 ̄(-2)mol/L. The detection limit is 1.1×10 ̄(-5)mol/L and the response slope50. 0mV/p Glu.It has a useful lifetime at least 42 days. This methode is compared withthat of ion exchange chromatography for the determination of L-glutamine with satisfacto-rv result.
