摘要
政府部门的人力资源管理对提高政府工作绩效和整个社会生产力水平具有十分重要的意义.人力资源管理在政府部门中具体应用在3个方面:人才的选拔、使用和考核,是政府人力资源管理的核心;人才的培训、开发,是政府人力资源管理的关键;激励机制的运用,是政府人力资源管理的有效动力.
Human resource management in government department is of significance to raise government's work performance and social productivity level. Selection, utilization and evaluation of qualified personnel is the core of government human resource management, training and development of qualified personnel is the key to government human resource management, the application of stimulation mechanism is impetus to government human resource management.
