摘要
目的为提高华支睾吸虫病及其并发症的诊断水平,减少误诊和漏诊。方法根据病例资料进行分析。结果将华支睾吸虫病误诊为急慢性“胆囊炎”和“胆囊息肉”。结论华支睾吸虫病并发梗阻性黄疽、间质性肝炎及胆囊癌。
Objective To improve the diagnostic standard of clonorchiasis and its complications, and reduce the erroneous diagnosis or missed diagnosis. Method The clinical data of clonorchiasis was analyzed. Result The clonorchiasis has been mistaken for acute or chronic 'cholecystitis'and 'cholecystic polypus'. Conclusion The obstructive jaundice, interstitial hepatitis and gallbladder carcinoma can be caused by clonorchiasis.
