THE OUTGASSING INGREDIENTS TESTING AND ANALYSIS OF THE NONMETAL MATERIALS USING IN THE S ATELLITE

摘要 利用新研制的Prisma300气体分析设备,测试分析星用非金属材料在空间模拟环境下的出气成分,将可凝结的出气物沉积在冷石英玻璃表面上,测试透射率变化。对多种材料进行实验测试比较,找出对石英玻璃透射率有显著影响的出气成分。 With the new developing gas ingredie nts analysis facility——Prisma300,the outgassing ingredie nts of nonmetal materials are tested and an alyzed in the environment of simulation space.They are condensed on the c old quartz glass.The change of the quartz glass transmission is tested.Can be drawn by performing an experiment on many d ifferent nonmetal materials,the outgassing ingredients that can change observably the quartz glass t ransmission will been found out.
