摘要
介绍了浸渍纸的浸胶量、挥发物含量、流展、预固化度等主要性能指标的概念及其检测方法;探讨了这些性能指标对强化木地板压贴质量的影响,并提出了适合强化木地板压贴的浸渍纸的主要性能指标范围,以及浸渍纸性能指标相对超范围时的压贴工艺调整方向。
Definitions and inspection methods are given for main performance indexes of resin impregnated paper resin content, volatile content, resin flow and precuring degree. Discussions are made on the influence of these performance indexes on overlaying quality of laminate flooring. Tolerances of main performance data of resin impregnated paper suited for laminate flooring are presented, and also directions of modifying overlaying process for resin impregnated paper with performance data beyond the tolerances are outlined.
