摘要
以(-)-葡辛胺为拆分剂,研究了(RS)-酮基布洛芬的拆分与(R)-酮基布洛芬的消旋;在异丙醇溶剂中成盐,以KOH碱解S-酮基布洛芬的ee值为99.5%,单轮拆分率达40%.
The resolution of (RS)-Ketoprofen into (S)-Ketoprofen was found to be effective via the N-octyl D-glucamine . The result of this method showed that each resolution yield was 40% with high optical purity of over 99%. Racemization of (R)-Ketoprofen had been studied and gave good results.
