摘要
根据间歇式聚丙烯生产过程的特点,利用SLC500可编程序控制器、Panelview550可编程智能显示单元和两台工业控制计算机及DH 485网络设计了聚丙烯聚合反应过程的智能控制系统,在实际生产中取得了较好的效果.
Based on the characteristics of bulk polypropylene production process, an intelligent control system for the polymerization of polypropylene is designed by using SLC500 programmable controller, Panelviwe 550 programmable vision unit, two industrial computer and DH-485 network.The practical running shows that this control system has good effect on the polypropylene production.
