摘要
通过对目前藏民族饮食习惯变化和饮食结构的改变以及青稞生产新品种缺乏、对青稞生产重视程度不够,青课总产低、人口基数大,对青稞的需求量大的分析,认识到当前青稞生产的危险性和重要性。提出了应加大对青稞生产的投入,稳定青稞播种面积,提高生产的机械化水平,建立激励农民种植青稞的机制,加强对农业科技人员和藏族群众的培训,加强基层农技推广服务体系建设等措施来保证青稞生产。
This text passes to Tibetan compatriot now the food habit change with the highland barley analysis of producing the present condition, knowing the current the risk that highland barley produce with the importance, the counter plan measure that putting forward should adopt.
