摘要
为探讨静滴甘露醇过程中静脉套管针留置部位对留置效果的影响 ,将 82例脑卒中患者随机分为观察组 (42例 )和对照组 (40例 ) ,于静滴甘露醇过程中分别采用颈外静脉及四肢静脉留置套管针 ,对两组套管针留置时间及效果进行比较。结果观察组 3天留置成功率为 95 .2 3% (40 / 4 2 ) ,5天成功率 80 .95 % (34/ 4 0 ) ,成功率均明显高于对照组 P<0 .0 1;相关并发症发生率亦明显低于对照组 P<0 .0 1。认为采用静脉留置套管针静滴甘露醇过程中 。
To explore the influence of indwelling position of intravenous trocar on the indwelling time and effect in the course of injecting mannitol.82 cases of stroke were divided into two groups randoly,42 of observation and 40 of control group.The trocars were put into the external jugular vein and superfacial vein respectively.The indwelling success rate of observation group was 95.23% (40/42) for 3 days, 80.95% (34/40) for 5 days, which was higher than those in control group (P<0.01), and the incidence of complication was lower ( P<0.01).In conclusion,the external jugular vein should be the indwelling position of choice of the trocar.
