摘要
本文从传统的企业财务管理体系、资金运作方式、监管手段等方面存在的弊端入手 ,探讨了报业集团目前的会计业务流程再造的必要性和紧迫性 ,最后笔者根据多年来工作经验对如何再造报业集团财务流程及相应的岗位设置提出了一些建议 ,以就教于方家。
This essay has discussed that it was necessary and urgent to make current business of accounting process of Newspaper Group surrounding the problems existing in traditional system of finance management ,ways of capital operation ,measures of watch-dog etc. At the end ,the author put some suggestions about how to recreate the finance process ,as well as position-related is set up based on his experience in many years.
