摘要
检查了正常小鼠、去肾上腺小鼠、去肾上腺髓质小鼠及单纯手术(不摘肾上腺)小鼠,在0.25MPa、吸99.2%氧情况下,脾淋巴细胞L3T4、Lyt-2阳性细胞百分率及其比值的变化。结果,高压氧可使小鼠L3T4、Lyt-2阳性细胞百分率降低,Th/Ts比值降低。在高压氧使细胞免疫功能降低的机制中,肾上腺及肾上腺皮质均起一定作用;手术应激可增强高压氧对细胞免疫功能降低的作用。
nder HBO we determined the changes of positive rate of L3T4 and Lyt-2and the
changes of ratioof lienal lymphocyte in mice after adrenalectomy,adrenomedullectomy and
simple operation without in-volvement of adrenal gland in comparison with the normal mice;The
results showed that after the micewere exposed to 0.25MPa and 99. 2%oxygen for one and half
hours per day,the positive rate of L3T4 ,Lyt-2 and ratio of lienal lymphocytes in experimental
groups were significantly decreased as comparedwith those of the group.Adrenal gland and
adrenal cortex might play an important role in weakeningcell-mediated immunity under
HBO,Operation-stress could enhance the effect of HBO on the decreaseof cell-mediated
immunity。
