摘要
在小鼠热板模型及兔耳ＫＣｌ皮下渗透外周镇痛模型上，发现颅通定不仅具有较强的全身镇痛作用．并且也有一定的外周镇痛作用；其全身及外周镇痛作用均可被ＣａＣｌ２所拮抗．被ＥＧＴＡ所增强．维拉帕米仅可部分翻转ｉｃｖＣａ２＋对颅通定全身镇痛的拮抗作用．但预处理阿托品后，颅通定的镇痛作用未见显著的变化。上述结果表明颅通定的镇痛作用可受Ｃａ２＋的影响。
By means of the Hot-plate test in mice and Peripheral analgesic model of the Potassium iontophoretic dolorimotry in rabbits,it was found that rotundine not only had systemic anal gesia,but also had peripheral analgesia.Analgesic effect of rotundine could be antagonized by CaCl2,and enhanced by EGTA.Verapamil partially overturned the antagonism of CaCl2 on the analsesic effect of rotundine.With pretreatment of atropine,analgesia of rotundine did not markedly change.These results suggest that analgesic effect of rotundine may be influenced by calcium ion.
