摘要
我国非点源污染具有随机性和模糊性大、滞后性和潜在性强、分布广泛等特点。由于缺乏有效的管理技术,非点源污染控制的形势十分严峻。为此,详细阐述了生态管理技术的内涵、适用性和功能;论证了生态管理技术是控制非点源污染,实施社会、经济、自然可持续发展的有效途径;针对浙江省非点源污染现状,从源头污染控制和径流污染控制两个方面,提出了浙江省非点源污染控制的生态管理技术。
Non-point source pollution is a common problem with random process,complex mechanism,widespread distribution,latent occurrence in China,and the ecosystem management technology is significant approach to non-point source pollution control. On the base of reviewing the meaning、applicability、function of the ecosystem management technology,this paper proposed a valuable methods of ecosystem management technology to deal with non-point source pollution in Zhejiang province.
