摘要
使大鼠吸入原油蒸气３ｇ／ｍ３８ｈ×３０天（亚急性染毒），１５ｇ／ｍ３、１２ｈ（急生染毒Ｉ组）３０ｇ／ｍ３、１２ｈ（急性染毒Ⅱ组）后测尿量、尿中蛋白质、氨基酸、肌酐含量及尿β－Ｄ－半乳糖苷酶（βＧａｌ），乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）和谷草转氨酶（ＧＯＴ）的含量，同时测定了血液中这３种酶和肌酐的含量。各染毒组与对照组相比所测全部指标均未见显著差异，提示肾脏未受损害。
In the present study the rats were given inhalation expo sure to petroleum vapor 3g/m3, 8h×30 dase, 15g /m3×12h .30g/m3×12h.The urinary volume, protein, creatinine,β-Dgalactosidase (β-Gal), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), glutamicoxaloacetic transaminase (GOT) and urinary amino acid profile were observed.At the sametime, GOT, LDH, β-Gal andcreatinine in the plasma were determined. Results indicate thatin all three groups no renal damage occurs.
