摘要
质量是研究生教育的生命,是研究生教育持续健康发展的根本保证。树立良好的质量意识,遵循研究生培养的发展性原则、全面性原则、多样性原则和特色性原则,兼顾国家、个人、社会等各种利益关系,是新时期我国研究生教育质量观的必须选择。
Quality,which can guarantee to make the education of postgraduates develop healthily and gradually ,is the most important for the po stgraduates' education. In the new epoch,we must built up better sentiment of quality, must follow the development laws,the all-round laws, the various laws and the characteristic laws of postgraduates' education ,and must look after th e different interests of the state,the personality and the society .
