摘要
本文对克山病病区丰田村２４户居民及非病区群发村２４户居民进行了膳食调查、并对病区居民２５例及非病区居民３０例检测了血液中微量元素Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ、Ｓｅ的含量。结果表明，病区居民与非病区居民主要营养素摄入量无明显差异，其蛋白质、脂肪及能量的摄入量基本达到中国人平均供给量。两组人群血液微量元素含量也无显著差异。提示，近年克山病发病率明显减少与克山病病区农民膳食改善有关。
A nutrition survey has been carried out in 24 families in Keshan disease endemic area and 24families in non-endemic area. Also blood trace elements Cu,Zn,Se have been analyzed in the two groups. The results showed that nutrient intake of both endemic and non-endemic groups is near the same. There was no significant difference in blood trace element level between endemic and non-endemic groups. In conclusion,nutrition improment of the population may decrease the morbidity of Keshan disease in the endemic area.
