摘要
采用WGA—HRP及HRP法研究了大鼠斜角带核水平支(HDB)的传入和传出纤维联系,结果表明:1.HDB有少量纤维投射到新皮质,与古皮质、旧皮质及过渡皮质间存在着少量的往返纤维联系;2.HDB与皮质下核间存在着广泛的纤维联系,其中大部分属于双向联系;3.一些与疼痛感受和调节有关的结构,如内侧隔核、杏仁复合体、中缝核、导水管周围灰质、丘脑内侧核、外侧缰核、蓝斑及扣带皮质均与HDB有纤维联系。HDB可能与疼痛反应有着较密切的关系。
The afferent and efferent connections of the HDB in the rat were studied with WGA-HPR and HRP methods. The results are obtained as follows: 1. The HDB project less fibers to neocortex. A few connections betwecn HDB and archicortex, paleocortex, and mesocortex are two-direction-projections. 2. The HDB is widely connected with the subcortical nuclei, and the majority of the connections are reciprocation. 3. Some structures relating to pain perception and modulation, for instance, medial septal nucleus, amygdaloid complex, raphe nuclei, medial thalamic nuclei, lateraj habenular nucleus, locus coeruleus and cingulatc cortex, connected with HDB. It is possible that HDB has the function in responses to pain.
