摘要
目的探讨鼻NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的临床特征和病理特点,以便提高其临床诊断和治疗水平。方法对我科1991 -2001年收治的31例患者均行病理或病理加免疫组化检查,分别采用单纯放疗或放疗加全身化疗等治疗方法。结果随访1 -10年, 15例患者达到完全缓解, 48. 4%; 5例患者达到部分缓解, 16. 1%; 11例患者病情进展, 35. 5%。其中死亡7例, 22. 6%。结论鼻NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的恶性程度高,应首选综合治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical findings, histopathological features, treatment outcome of NK/T cell lymphomas and to improve the diagnosis and treatment of the tumor. Method From 1991 to 2001 , there were thirty one nasal NK/T cell lymphomas patients treated in our department, five patients were treated with only radiotherapy, twenty six patients were treated combination radiotheraphy with chemotherapy, and all patients were followed up for 1-10years. Result Fifteen patients completely alleviated, five patients partial alleviated, eleven aggravated and seven died. Conclusion Nasal NK/T cell lymphomas appear to have a male predominance. The combination therapy for it is the optimal at present.
