我科自1993年11月?2004年8月共收治8例胰腺损伤患者,占同期腹内脏器伤的13.3％。作者体会①胰腺?早期诊断难度大,目前尚无特异性手段。剖腹控查是诊断胰腺损伤的重要于段?腺损伤的部位、程度及是否有胰管损伤来选择手术方式。③彻底清创止血,充分、?妥善处理合并伤是治疗的关键。
Eight patients with injury of Paucreal were admitted from NOV, 1993 to Aug1994, and it was about 18. 3 percent of all abdomlinal organs injuries in sametime. Authors emphasized: For there was no pathognomonic Ayaptoms or Aigns andhad no specitic way for diagaosis yet so it was rather difficult to make early diagnosis in Paucreatic injury. Now the abdominal laparetomy was still an imporfaut way inmaking the diagnousis. 2, The operation plau was chosen according to the locationand dagree of injury sepecially the injury of paucreatin duct if only, 3. Completedebridemeut and hemostasis and thorough drainage were keies of treatment.
