摘要
本文从质量监督机构的法律地位出发,以建设工程的法治环境为前提,对质量监督与质量监督机构的发展、需求进行前瞻性的思考和探索,探讨如何在现有基础上,建立一个更加适合于自身法律地位、符合法治环境、更具效率和活力的质监工作机制。
Based on the status of quality supervision institution, under the current legal system, intending probes into the evolution of quality supervision and quality supervision institution, this paper discusses how to set up a quality supervision system which can adapt the status and be efficiency much more nowadays.
