摘要
文章阐述了“债转股”政策对企业和银行的现实意义 ,同时分析了“债转股”过程中不同阶段存在的博弈、逆向选择、法律等各种风险。最后 ,针对性地提出了相应的法律对策。
The paper expounds significance of policy of changing from credit to stock,and analyses the various risks of the process of changing from credit to stock.Finally,put forward corresponding countermeaswres of law.
