摘要
研制了新型水包水多彩花纹涂料，其水性成膜物采用乳化剂和树脂乳化包膜，使彩粒制作和其在连续相中分散的两步操作并为一步，并用改性聚乙烯醇水溶液代替惯用的羟乙基纤维素作连续相，简化了生产工艺和设备，又提高涂料的性能和装饰性。介绍了该涂料所用的原料、配方和生产工艺，并列举了涂料的性能指标。
Abstract A new type of water-in-water multicolourpaint has been developed. Its water-basedfilm forming material was coated with resinand emulsifier in a one-step process whichcomprises the formation of colour particlesand their dispersion in the continuousphase. In substitution of hydroxy ethyl cel-lulose, an aqueous solution of modifiedpolyvinyl alcohol was used as the continu-ous phase to simplify the production processand equipment, and improve the paint per-formance and decoration effect. The rawmaterials, formulation and production pro-cess as well as the paint performance speci-fication for this paint are given.
