摘要
以超声多普勒血流计,对非胰岛素依赖性糖尿病(NIDDM)患者141例进行足背动脉和胫后动脉血流波形测定。有81％波形异常,提示为下肢末梢血管障碍病(PVD)。还发现踝关节压指数(API)比正常人低,在安静条件下,血流波形与API有相关性。本文就NIDDM患者一般情况与PVD的相关因素进行了探讨,并阐述NIDDM合并PVD的情况。
Blood stream waves of pedal artery and posterior tibia artery were determined by ultrasound Doppler's hemadromometer on 151 cases of non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM). The results showed that 81% of the waves were abnormal. indicating lower extremity peripheral vascular disease (PVD). We also discovered that ankle pressure index (API) was lower than normal person, In silent cases, the blood stream waves were related to API. We discussed the clinical relative factors of NIDDM complicated with PVD.
