摘要
采用配有氢火焰离子化检测器的SC-6型气相色谱仪,外接美国光谱—物理公司的SP-4270积分器,进行色谱分析、数据处理和自动记录。实验是在填充涂有DNP、吐温(60/80)/102白色担体(DMCS)的长2 m内径3mm的不锈钢柱上进行的。测定了己酸乙酯对乙酸正丁酯的相对响应因数RF己/乙,讨论了不同浓度的己酸乙酯对RF己/乙值的影响,找到了对曲酒中己酸乙酯浓度的修正方法,建立了线性回归方程。
By using SC-6 type gas chromatograph equipped with flame ionization detectors and interfaced to American Spectra-Physics SP 4270 integrator for data processing and recording, the experiment was performed on two packed S.S. columns ( 2 m long & 3mm i .d. ) containing DNP, Tween ( 60/80 ) /102 white support ( DMCS ) . The relative response factors RF_(H/A) for ethyl hexanoate (H) to n-butyl acetate (A) were measured. The influence of ethyl hexanoate in various concentratration on RF_(H/A) value was discussed. The correcting method of ethyl hexanoate concentration in hard liquor was found. A linear regression formula has been developed.
