摘要
合成了14个三[(三甲硅基)亚甲基]锡芳香酸酯。IR光谱显示该类化合物为四配位锡的单体结构, ̄(119)Sn化学位移同苯环上对位取代基的Hammett常数(σ)间存在着良好的线性关系。生物活性测定结果表明,化合物的生物活性谱化相应的硅托尔克羧酸酯宽,且杀虫、抑菌效果更好。
Fourteen tri[(trimethylsilyl)methyl ]tin arylcarboxylates have been synthesized.The results of IR,NMR( ̄1H, ̄(13)C. ̄(119)Sn)and MS indicated that all of these compounds are four-coordinated and there is a good linear relationship between δ119Sn and the Hammett constant(σ)of the para-substituents of the corresponding compounds.The preliminary bioassay tests demonstrated that this kind of compounds have more extensive activity than the compounds of tri[(phenyldimethylsilyl)methyl]tin carboxylates.
