摘要
研究了2-羟基-2'-异丙氧基-1,1-联萘(3)等联萘化合物^1H NMR谱或COSY谱,此类化合物因2及2'位取代基不同,两个萘环上同位质子不再等价,萘环质子峰增至12组。化合物3^1HNMR谱峰的归属表明,萘环环电流各向异性对另一萘环质子的屏蔽作用与作者早期研究结果一致。2(或2')位取代基上的质子的化学位移也与另一萘环平面相对位置有关。
?H NMR or COSY spectra(400 MHz) of compounds 2-hydroxy-2'-methoxy-1 , 1'-binaph halene(1),2-hydroxy-2'-propoxy-1,1'-binaphthalene(2),2-hydroxy-2'-isopropoxy-1,1'-bina phthalend (3) and 2-hydroxy-2'-butoxy-1,1'-binaphthalene(4)were studied. These spectra are more complex than those one of 2,2'- disubstituted-binaphthyl compounds, which were studied by us before and have the same substituent at 2 position of the two naphthalene rings. when the different substituents were linked at 2 position of the binaphthane, protons of the same position in two naphthalene rings are not equivalent and have diffe rent chemical sihifts.The assigment of  ̄1H NMR and COSY spectra of the compound 3 showed the result from the anisotropic effect caused by the ring-current of the naphthalene ring to pro tons on the other naphthalene ring as the former study[1]. The chemical shifts of protons plane in the substituent are under the influence of the space position between the other naphthalene and protons.
