摘要
研究了乙醇的脱氢氨化用的两种系列由还原铜或钴分散于载体上(硅胶或氧化铝)组成的催化剂。发现产品分布依赖于催化剂的活性组份和载体以及反应条件。提出了反应温度、反应物摩尔比和空速的影响。最重要的参数是反应温度。在200℃,乙醇和氨反应导致乙胺是主要产品。在>300℃对观察到大量的乙腈生成。
Catalysts consisting of reduced copper or cobalt dispersed on silica or aluminasupport are used for dehydroamination of ethanol.It is found that distributionof the products depends on the active component and the support of the cata-lyst as well as the reaction conditions.The effects of reaction temperature,moleratio of reactant and space velocity are given.The most important variable isthe reaction temperature.At 200℃,the reaction of ethanol with ammonia leadsto ethylamine as the major product.Large amounts of acetonitrile can be ob-served at>300℃.
