摘要
在具体分析了房地产开发中各种风险因素的基础上,针对现行的项目可行性研究中存在的一些弊病与不足,进行了相应的调整和改动,初步建立起适于房地产开发项目的投资风险评估方法体系.为投资者能够有效的进行项目可行性研究提供了客观依据。
Based on the specific analysis of all kinds of risk factors in developing Real-Estate projects, some adjustments on feasibility studies of the current projects were made to overcome some of the defects. And a preliminary method system, which may be more suitable for risk estimating in developing Real-estate has been established. The method system will provide an important basis for investors to do feasibility studies effectively and reduce inexpediency and blindness while investing.
