摘要
根据隐动脉在小腿近端内侧的分布特点,设计了吻合隐血管的小腿內侧上部骨皮瓣移植修复手及足跟部骨与软组织缺损6例,获得满意效果。该区供血管分布恒定,供区内有隐神经分布,是手部和足部复合组织缺损修复的良好供区之一。
According to the distribution of saphenous artery at the proximal-medial shank,the au-thors designed free transplantation of the medial-surperior bone-skin flap pedicaled with saphe-nous artery,by which bone and soft tissue defects of the hands and feet were repaired in 6 casesand satisfactory results have been obtained.The blood vessel is constant in this region and theflap is innervated by saphenous nerve.It is one of the fine donors for compound repair of tissuedefect of the hand and feet.
