摘要
:高校内部行政管理的规范化、法制化已成为时代的需要 ,其基本要求为管理公开、公正、民主。而听证制度从价值上正好符合了这种需求。
The standardization and legality of interior executive administration of universities now comes up to schedule.Open administration,justice and democracy are the basic qualifications,which are satisfied on the point of value by the hearing system.As a result,the hearing system should be established.
