摘要
递级诊断评估法是一种以诊断系统低效能点或故障点为目的系统分析方法。基本思想是:从措述系统性态或评价系统性能的角度出发,选择一组指标,在对这组指标进行横向比较与纵向趋势分析的基础上,结合对系统进行实际考察获得的知识,确定系统的低效能点或故障点,为改善系统性能提供决策依据。
Inthis paper an introduction is given to the concept body and basic ideaa of Progressive Diagnostic Assessment for Improving Transit Performance (PDAITP). Some problems on applications of the PDAITP are discussed, and a case study is presented to illustrate its use.
