摘要
本文研究了普通等温退火、N次循环退火、焊缝下加热淬火、超焊缝加热淬火和焊缝区两次淬火对W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢和45钢摩擦焊接工具结构强度的影响,并以此得出强化焊接接头的最佳工艺方法。
This paper deals with the invostigation on the influence of usual isothermal annoaling、N—cyclic annealing、quenching at heating below the weld. quenching at heating over the weld and the double quenching of the weld on the (?)tructural strength of friction welds beyween W6Mo5Cr4V2 high—speed steel and 45 steel for bimetal tools.A optimum harding method of the weld joint have been proposed.
