摘要
本文对中老年奶粉配方设计原则进行论述,并对中老年奶粉营养成分进行分析,其分析结果:氨基酸、脂肪酸、维生素、矿物盐及微量元素含量均高于全脂甜奶粉。
The paper discusses the rules in formula design and the analysis of milk powder specially for elders. The result shows that it is superior to whole milk powder in the contents of amino acids,lipids,vitamias, salts and trace elements.
