急性视网膜坏死综合征诊治与手术治疗新进展 被引量：6

摘要 回顾急性视网膜坏死综合征 (acuteretinalnecrosissyndrome ,ARNS)临床及基础研究文献资料 ,综述其发病原因、临床特征、诊断技术和治疗方法。ARNS主要病因是疱疹类病毒感染 ,根据典型临床表现以及PCR和抗体免疫测定可做出明确诊断。抗病毒药物是目前首选治疗方法 ,但对严重病例玻璃体视网膜手术可帮助恢复视功能。
