摘要
根据柴油机燃烧系统设计的基本理论,并参考国内外一些成功的设计经验,开发了一种直喷式柴油机燃烧系统。在6102Q 型柴油机上,将新设计的微混合燃烧系统与四角型燃烧系统进行了对比试验研究。结果表明,新燃烧系统无论在结构、空气运动特性、性能指标方面均优于四角型燃烧系统。
Based on the basic design theory of diesel engine combustion system a new
combustion system for direct injection diesel engine has been developed refering to
the succesful design experinces at home and abroad.The 6102 Q diesel engines utili-
zed both the new Micro Mixing Combustion System and the sguare toroidal combu-
stion system have been comparafively tested.It is concluded that the new system is
much better not only in the structure and air flow characteristic but performance.
