摘要
简要介绍旋转机械状态监测及故障诊断技术在现代工业中的应用 ;并设计开发出一种在旋转机械状态监测及故障诊断领域中应用的基于DSP多功能同步数据采集卡 ,给出了其软硬件框图及数据采集的具体实现方法以及应用实例。
The application of condition monitoring and fau lt diagnosis for rotating machinery,in modern industry was introduced.A multifunct ion synchronous data acquisition card based on TMS320F2812 was designed and deve loped,which can be used in the field of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis for rotating machinery.The diagram of the card’s hardware & softw are and a case of the card were given.
