摘要
原创是出版物的灵魂。出版物缺乏原创性 ,就没有个性和特色 ,也就丧失了参与竞争的能力 ,学报也是如此。文章通过分析学报发展的现状 ,指出抓原创是学报发展的必然选择。如何实施原创战略 ,主办单位及其编辑起着关键作用。
Originality is the soul of publication.Publication without originality has no characteristics and may lose competitive ability.So is journal.Analyzing the current situations,the paper expounds that originality is the necessary choice of journal improvement.Supervising board and editors play an important part in exerting the originality strategy.
