摘要
本文用量纲分析法确定试验系统参数的相似准则和比例缩尺,并行行设计了高精度测扭和测三向力传感器,借用铣床传动系统建立了滚筒采煤机铣削阻力模拟试验台。实验表明,单齿铣削阻力模拟试验的结果与理论分析是一致的;利用铣床建立模拟试验台投资少、见效快,是一种较好的方案。
The simulation criterion and scale for selection of test system parameters were determined by using dimensional analysis. And high precision sensors for measuring torque and triaxial forces were developed. A test rig for simulation of cutting resistance of a drum shearer was built by using the transmission system of a milling machine. The tests showed that the results of test were in coincidence with the theoretical analysis. And the test rig based on a milling machine was a good proposal which took less investment and could achieve good result very quickly.
