摘要
创新教学是落实创新教育、培养创新人才的主要途径和方式,它的开展需要大量的高素质创新型教师。本文从创新知识系统、创新能力系统和创新动力系统三个方面对创新型化学教师的素质作了构建与探讨。
Teaching with creativity is the major pattern of carrying out creative education and fostering person with creativity.It need a good many creative teachers.In this thesis.the author construct and discuss the quality of creative chemistry teacher from knowledge、capability and intention system.
