摘要
高职烹饪专业教学要突出优势与特色。要把传授高精尖的专业技能作为能力培养的主线,改进教学方法,探索新的教学模式。要针对学生的特点,进行个性化培训。要建立全新的形象化教学系统,创造一个既有实践又有实物教学的直观教学环境。
The advantage and feature of the teaching of higher vocational cooking specialty should be stressed. Teaching high professional skills should be as the main line. The teaching method should be improved and the new teaching pattern should be explored. Personality training should be taken according to students' feature. New visualized teaching system should be built and thus can create a clear teaching environment with practice and real materials.
