摘要
本文认为,产权不等于所有权,产权或财产权与所有权就其概念内涵来说既有联系又有区别。产权制度是维系微观生产组织的利益纽带,是市场机制形成的前提,产权制度对于分工高度发展和社会生活高度复杂化的市场经济具有特别重要的意义,是现代市场经济和社会得以顺利运行的重要经济、法权基础。构建一个恰当地划分和界定各种生产与经营当事人权益责的完善的产权制度,才能形成发达的商品交换和形成包括各种生产要素的完备市场。
The author holds that property rights isn't equal to ownership. As to the connotations of the concepts of property rights and ownership, they are inter-relative but different. The property rights system is the interest link which keep mioro-productive organizations together and it's the prerequisite of forming market mechanism. It has special important significance for the market e conomy in which division of labor has developed highly and social living has become complex high ly. It is the important economic and law right's foundation for modern market economy and soci ety working successfully. Only forming a perfect property rights system which can distinct and de fine correctly the profit and responsibility of various kinds of production's and operation's persons concerned, can we establish perfect market of developed exchange of commodities and various sorts of production factors.
