摘要
目的探讨重症Kasabach-merritt综合征的治疗方案。方法对Kasabach-merritt综合征进行分期并用药物、成分输血、手术等综合方法对11例患儿进行了治疗。结果11例中9例治愈,疗效肯定。结论预防是必不可少的单一的治疗方法不足以治疗重症Kasabach-merritt综合征,多方面的综合治疗才是较好的治疗途径。
Objective To treat patients with life-threatening kasabach-merritt syndrome. Methods Kasabach-merritt syndrome was phased in 11 cases,and comprehesive therapy (including drugs,blood transfusion with component, operation) was carried out. Results 9 cases were cured in 11 cases,posetive efficacy in all the sick children was acqired. Conclusion This study suggests that comprehensive therapy to life-threatening kasabach-merritt syndrome is reasonable therapeutic way.
