摘要
目的 :研究了一种快速、可靠的清醒大鼠间接血压测量方法———BESN多通道尾动脉测压实验系统。方法 :系统由计算机、多通道尾动脉测压仪、尾部加热器、脉搏传感器及加压尾套、动物固定盒及放置架、超级恒温水浴组成。采用尾脉搏间接测压法 ,设计出只对尾部加温的加温装置 ,改进后的脉搏传感器的灵敏度有了明显提高。采用曲线拟合的方式处理数据。结果 :本系统在开始测压后 10 0min内可获得平稳的血压、心率数据 ,结果不会随测量时间的延长而产生明显偏差。所获得数据与大鼠麻醉后的血压、心率直接测量结果相一致。结论 :该测压方法结果可靠、稳定 ,允许的测压时间长 ,测压速度快 ,测压过程简单、快捷 ,具有明显先进性。
AIM:A quick and reliable method of indirectly measuring the blood pressure of sober rats,BESN system of multi-channel tail-artery blood pressure measurement was investigated.METHOD:The BESN system was composed of computer,multi-channel tail-artery blood pressure-measuring instrument,tail-heating apparatus,pulse signal transducer tail-cuff,animal restriction box setting shelf and waterbath A heating apparatus which heats the tail only was designed and the improved pulse-signal transducer was more sensitive.The curve fitting was used to process the data.RESULT:BESN could obtain stable blood pressure(BP) and heart rate(HR) data in 100 minutes from the beginning with tiny deviation along with the past of time. The data of BP and HR obtained by the BESN system were almost identical when compared with direct operation on anaesthetized rats.The rat's BP,and HR data obtained by BESN were almost identical compared with the direct measure in anaesthesia's CONCLUSION:The new method of blood-pressure measurement was accurate and reliable.
