摘要
激光型光电开关与目前常用的非相干光型光电开关虽同属光电开关一类,但由于它是由相干性极强的半导体激光器制成,与后者相比,有着检测距离远、探测位置精度高、可供选用的波长范围宽,即从可见光到红外波段多达十余种品种等显著的优点,因而有着十分广阔的新的应用领域。
Although belongs to a kind of universal photoelectric switch, the laser photoelectric switch is made of semiconductor laser which has strong coherency. Therefore, it can detect long distance target and has high accuracy of locating position. The laser photoelectric switch also has broad wavelength range, so it will be applied to many fields.
