摘要
传统的德育考评方式,重知识评价,轻现实表现,造成学生人格缺陷。本文以"十六大"精神为指针,以创新教育为主旨,探索在德育工作中如何与时俱进,创新德育考评机制,全面评价学生品德的知、情、意、行诸方面,培养全面建设小康社会所需要的创新型人才。
Moral education plays an important role in the round qualified education of a vocational school. Traditional evaluation of moral education lays emphasis only on the evaluation of intelligence, but neglects reality of a student, in result, to cause a lack of well-qualified education treatments. This essay, led with the spirits of'the Sixteenth National People's Congress', is in the purpose of cultivating round development intelligent persons for the coming comparatively well-off society by researching on how to step with time-going,make a full use of functions of a vocational school in the moral education,prefect the moral contains and create a satisfactory system of an innovative evaluation in completely testing a student's morality, intelligence, mentality and reaction.
