摘要
使用Malvern仪,采用一种特殊的信号处理方法清除发光火焰产生的干扰,测量了煤粉燃烧早期(τ≤21ms)颗粒尺寸分布随时间的变化.发现煤粒在挥发份析出后,有明显碎裂现象;而后颗粒尺寸变化趋于平缓;过程中未发现颗粒膨胀.本文描述了实验条件,讨论了观察到的现象及测量结果.
The particle size distribution varying with time in an initial period (r< 21ms) of pulverized coal combustion is measured with a special method of signal processing to eliminate interference form luminous flame by using the Malvern meter. It has been found that coal particles have obvious breaking phenomenons when its volatile is separated out and after that change of particle sizes tends toward gentleness. No expansion of particles has been found out in this process. The experimental conditions, phenomenons observed and measured results are described.
