摘要
目的 考察简化酸化血清溶血试验 (Ham试验 )用于筛查阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿症 (PNH)的效果。方法 对 2 0例正常人、16例PNH患者及 4 2例其它贫血患者进行用自身血清或AB血清或同型血清或混合血清的Ham试验 ,及蔗糖溶血 (糖水试验 )尿含铁血黄素检查 (Rous试验 )。结果 对已知PNH患者进行自身血清、AB血清、同型血清、混合血清的Ham试验检验 ,前三种血清阳性率均为 94 % ;而混合血清为 4 4 %。糖水试验、Rous试验阳性率分别为94 %、81%。结论 在PNH患者筛选中 ,Ham试验可以用自身血清替代AB血清或与患者同型的他人血清 ,而不用混合血清 ;Ham试验、糖水试验和Rous结果一致更有利于PNH的诊断。
Objective To assess the validity of a modification of simplified Ham test for screening of Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria patients. Methods Compare results of simplified Ham test using the patients’ own serum, serum of AB group, serum from blood with the same type as patients’ or random mixed serum. and the results of Sucrose lysis test and Rous test concomitantly done in 20 normal people, 16 PNH patients, and 42 patients of other kinds of anemia. Results Positive results of Ham test using the patients’ own serum, serum of AB type or the same type as patient were obtained in 94% of cases; however the positive value of Ham test using mixed serum was only 44%. Sucrose lysis test was positive in 94%, while Rous test in 81%. Conclusion The patients’ own serum, serum of AB type or of the patient's the same type can be used in the screening test for PNH patients. The consistency of the result of Ham test, Sucrose test, and Rous test are more reliable in the diagnosis of PNH.
