摘要
目的提高对不典型脑内血肿的认识。方法经手术病理证实的血管畸形并脑内血肿一例,详细分析其CT表现。结果右颞叶类圆形高密度肿块,周边有水肿带,均无强化。结论增强扫描无强化,且无外伤史的高密度肿块,多为血管畸形伴血肿。
Objective:To improve the cognition of the atypical intracerebral hematoma . Methods:The CT features in a case of AVM combined with intracerebral hematoma proved by operation and pathologic examination were analyzed in details. Results:A analogous round mass with high density was surrounded with edema zone in the right temporal lobe. Both the mass and the edema zone were no enhancement. Conclusion: A high density mass without enhancement and the history of trauma was mostly AVM conbined with hematoma in the brain.
